The Sikasingo, or Basinkasingo, often called Pre Bembe, live in eastern Congo, they are the "Lubaïsé" (or proto Luba) people living the most northerly. Like the Hemba, their ancestor effigies are famous They are often confused with their neighbors Boyo or Buyu
