The Kusu people live in eastern Congo, mainly in the province of Maniema, but also in those of North Kivu, Ituri and Tanganyika.
The Kusu people live in eastern Congo, mainly in the province of Maniema, but also in those of North Kivu, Ituri and Tanganyika.
They are geographically and culturally close to the Tetela, and have assimilated certain social and artistic traditions of the Luba, the Hemba and the Songye.
